Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting the commitment to our clients. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and accommodate the needs of all our clients. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we appreciate prompt communication to explore alternative arrangements. While we strive to be understanding, repeated cancellations with short notice may be subject to a nominal fee to cover operational costs.
